Introducing Tina Phan, USOA Miss California 2024. A proud Los Angeles native, Tina holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA. Tina is currently a manager of a team of 7 at Cornerstone OnDemand, a major software technology company. As she aims to climb the corporate ladder, Tina aspires to become the first Asian female executive leader at the company. Tina is excited to represent the beautiful state of California at the national competition. Fun fact: she competed in her very first pageant at the age of 8. Her personal platform, "Empowered Girls Empower The World," focuses on empowering young girls in marginalized communities to reach their fullest potential. During weekdays, you'll find Tina working then spending her afternoons mentoring at underserved LA schools. On the weekends, she’s either modeling, cooking, and/or exploring new destinations.
